Jan argues that when you start to feel comfortable in life you should be ready to change as the stagnation does not bode well.

At age 21 he founded a startup offering solutions for the ELT. After ten years of self-employment, in December 2012 the existing company IOKI was acquired by Pearson, the largest educational institution in the world. As Managing Director of Pearson Poznan, Jan is currently leading a 160-strong team who creates platforms and e-learning materials to support learning English. As an amateur triathlete, he is also a founder and co-organizer of the project One Family Challenge, triathlon project, which aims at supporting a variety of charities.
