He knows everything about wine and is fascinated by everything that has to do with it. He factors it – smells, tastes and analyzes, translating the language of wine into speeches of flavors, smells, textures and emotions. Then he translates it into business solutions. He works with the best chefs and restaurateurs to prepare for them wine programs based on scientific knowledge of wine and current industry realities.

Michał allows you to understand the wine. He believes that by drinking real, local and natural wines, we simultaneously change the world for the better. He defended his doctorate in fermentation and graduated from WSET London Wine & Spirit School at Advanced level.
